About The Book
This book provides an overview of the statistical concepts needed to complete an econometric research project. It begins with a review of the basic statistical concepts that are the foundation of econometric analysis. This is followed by a discussion of the bivariate regression model which involves a linear relationship between a dependent variable (something you are trying to explain) and an independent variable that is used to explain the dependent variable. This is followed by a discussion of hypothesis testing involving the intercept and slope parameters.
